Celeb Fit Tips with Greg London

Following a nearly two-year record-shattering run at Harrah’s Reno, singer and impressionist Greg London now continues to entertain audiences at the Riviera showroom.

“Entertainers get a great workout every night on the stage. Between performing on-stage, dancing and the quick costume changes, I get about 45 minutes of cardio in each night,” says London, whose high-energy show includes impressions of musical greats like Louis Armstrong, Johnny Cash, Elvis, ZZ Top and even Kermit the Frog.

London attributes his endurance to some simple rules, including his “ICONS” diet. “I’ve more or less followed this regimen for the last six years and I haven’t been sick or missed a show since.”

His daily diet includes two grapefruit, two packs of macadamia nuts (for protein) and a light dinner after the show.

“Live an active lifestyle,” he says. “Shopping is a fun way to get in a workout during the day. I walk around the mall for a while and always use stairs instead of escalators or elevators.

“Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water!”
