Hi Everyone: Five shows a week and tons of personal appearances here in Las Vegas and bam, three months gone. I have had the pleasure of bringing up my son, Jason, now 17 in the whirlwind of it all and he has taken to it like a duck to water. We even got in a duet together, his first time singing...ever and he even got a standing ovation from the audience and a photo with Governor Gibbons, not to mention being honored this month for his Academic Achievements at school. This week I had a bit of a long wait in the airport and finally got a chance to read some. I was so blown away with the many wonderful things everybody is saying and writing about the show. Thank you so much, it means the world to me. When I ran across a story titled Greg London Rocks in the Las Vegas Review Journal, I almost fell off my chair laughing. I wasn't sure anyone would notice this combination visual joke/musical joke/joke joke. But Mike Weatherford hit the nail on the head. Thank you so much for noticing brother as having to go around Las Vegas wearing a fake orange spray tan all day long is humiliating. What we do in the name of entertainment! Here is a quote from that story..... "The funniest thing about the show — as in, both straight-up funny and ironic — is a post-modern commentary. The elephant in the room is London’s preternatural spray tan and beyond-Gothic black hair. So it’s a crack-up when the dancers make like Lady Gagas, rewriting “Bad Romance” as “Stuck on a bad cruise ship: He’s really out there when he dyes his hair …” by Mike Weatherford at The Las Vegas Review Journal Hey, wait a minute, I don't dye my hair. See you at The Las Vegas Hilton, I promise a great time for everyone. Greg |
